EISA Media Proposal
Let's talk 2027
Prepared for EISA · 2027 Season

Carnival recaps worth the swipe.

A season-long social content package that turns every race weekend into a fast, branded, shareable Instagram carousel — built from the results and photos you already have.

The Idea

Results fade by Monday.
Stories get followed.

By Monday, a race result is a PDF nobody opens. We turn each race day into a ten-slide story fans actually stop and swipe through — and the template does the heavy lifting.

Photo-led cover Headline result as a bold stat Clean podium breakdown Standout athlete or coach quote CTA to results & photos

Consistent EISA branding, every single weekend — a look people recognize, and follow.

~700weekly gallery viewers
~600photos posted / week

Beyond the feed, roughly 9,000 photographs were captured each week — every athlete, every discipline — and shared in galleries sorted by school and gender that athletes and families downloaded, favorited, and reshared across hundreds of accounts. The audience is already built. Next season's plan turns that reach into a consistent, must-watch feed.

Behind the Lens

Phillip Belena

Sports Photographer & Content Creator @phillip.e.belena

Phillip is a New York–based sports photographer who has spent years on the trails, courses, and coastlines of the Northeast documenting endurance athletes — Nordic skiing, biathlon, cycling, sculling, and open-water swimming among them.

His work travels well beyond the finish line — recently shown in the gallery as part of LBIF's Art of Lifeguarding exhibition on Long Beach Island.

Steve Cloutier

Alpine Photographer & Content Creator @blockislandsteve

Steve is a fixture on the EISA alpine circuit, shooting GS and slalom weekend after weekend from Sugarloaf to Burke to the Dartmouth Skiway. His images run on SkiRacing.com, in EISA race releases, across college athletics sites, and in NCAA Championship coverage — including the 2026 championships. He also shoots on the alpine World Cup circuit.

In the off-season he trains his lens on big-boat sailing, with coverage of events like the Newport Bermuda Race.
